Early Childhood Program

Parent-Child

  • Programs and classes for babies and toddlers with their parents or caregivers.

Pre-Kindergarten

  • 3-day (Monday – Wednesday) program
  • Half day until noon or Full day until 3pm schedule options
  • 1:7 teacher/student ratio (Class size up to 14)
  • Age 2 1/2 years and potty-trained prior to fall entry

Kindergarten

  • 5-day program
  • Half day until noon or Full day until 3pm schedule options
  • 1:9 teacher/student ratio (Class size up to 18)
  • Mixed age kindergarten, 4-6 year-olds
  • Aftercare program available to 5:45 PM daily

Grades Program

Grades 1-8
Entrance to grade is based on child’s age and readiness. Starting with Grade 1, students must turn 6 prior to June 1.  Special request can be made for students with summer birthdays (June 1st or later) to be assessed.

  • Elm Campus school hours 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. for Grades 1-2
  • Lockwood Campus school hours 8:20 a.m. – 3:20 p.m. for Grades 3-8
  • Average class size: 9
  • Faculty of 19, full- and part-time, plus Aftercare staff
  • Aftercare program available to 5:45 PM daily
